Terms of Service
1. Platform Access
Hermagon is an invitation-only platform. Access is granted only upon successful completion of the KYB (Know Your Business) verification process. Hermagon reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its discretion.
2. Verified Counterparties
All platform participants represent and warrant that they are duly incorporated entities or licensed individuals authorised to engage in international commodity trade. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate suspension and may result in legal action.
3. Transaction Infrastructure
Hermagon operates as transaction execution infrastructure. Hermagon is not a party to underlying commodity transactions and assumes no liability for the quality, quantity, or delivery of commodities transacted through the platform.
4. Confidentiality
All platform data, counterparty information, pricing, and transaction details are strictly confidential. Users may not disclose, share, or reproduce any platform information without prior written consent from Hermagon.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York.
