Personal data is processed for: platform access verification (KYB), investor communication and due diligence, membership application review, compliance and regulatory obligations (AML, sanctions screening), and platform security.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of your relationship with Hermagon and for 7 years thereafter for regulatory and compliance purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
